Who we are and what we do
Cultivating Change LLC was formed in 2006 to create and promote the use of resources designed to help people map change creatively, steer change constructively, and drive change in good conscience. We believe we can change the world together by helping everyone build a life for themselves that fulfills them and a legacy that inspires them and others.
So, what's with the leaves?
The beautiful red leaves you see throughout our site are from a Copper Beech tree. The Copper Beech is a stunning tree that has come to symbolize a person's lasting legacy. You see, the Copper Beech grows so slowly that the one who plants it won't be around to enjoy its spectacular, full-grown beauty. The person who plants this tree does it for future generations to enjoy.
